A Sacred Partnership

When we work together, my commitment is simple.

  • I won't rush your becoming.

  • I won't hand you another identity to perform.

  • I won't ask you to abandon the parts of yourself that once kept you safe.

  • Together we'll understand why they were needed…
welcome home what is now ready to return...
and create a life spacious enough to faithfully hold the woman you are becoming.

My Story

In 2017, I realized I had built a life around surviving.

The landscape of my inner life had become barren—not because I lacked strength, but because I had quietly exiled the very parts of myself that carried life.

My intuition.

My voice.

My wildness.

The day I stopped trying to manage those parts and began welcoming them home, everything changed.

Not all at once.

But steadily.

Like an ecosystem returning to life.

That journey became the foundation of Whole & Wild.

Today, it's my privilege to accompany other women across their own thresholds—helping them reclaim what has been exiled and create rhythms spacious enough to faithfully hold what returns.

I want you to rediscover your forgotten fullness.

That’s why I created

Come unearth your story of hope

The question isn't whether you're ready.

The question is...

What essential part of you has been waiting for permission to come home?

If you're standing at one of life's thresholds...

I'd be honored to walk beside you.

July Enrollment

This July, I'm opening two private coaching spaces inside Rewilded.

I intentionally work with only a handful of women at a time because this work asks for spaciousness, presence, and deep accompaniment.

If you're standing at a threshold...

If something essential in you is asking to return...

I'd love to explore whether this season is yours.

[application coming soon]

Applications will remain open until both spaces are filled.

Investment: $6500

Flexible payment plans are available because I believe meaningful work should honor the different seasons of a woman's life.

A Final Thought

Presence asks more of us than performance ever did.

Performance asks us to appear.

Presence asks us to inhabit.

To reclaim what has been exiled.

To create rhythms spacious enough to hold it.

To become increasingly resonant with what is true.

That is the work of Rewilded.

And if your life has brought you to this threshold...

perhaps it is not asking you to become someone else.

Perhaps it is simply asking you to stop leaving yourself behind.

The world does not need a more perfected version of you.
It needs a woman fully present to her own life.
