A deeply personalized Whole & Wild coaching experience
For women standing at the threshold between the life they've built...
...and the life that is calling them forward.
You built a life that once fit you.
Maybe it even looks good from the outside.
But somewhere along the way, you became larger than the life required to contain you.
And lately, maintaining what you've built has begun asking for something you're no longer willing to give:
yourself.
You notice it in the yes that wants to be no.
In the calendar that leaves no room for you.
In the relationship where honesty keeps getting edited.
In the exhaustion that rest alone doesn't fix.
In the parts of yourself you've learned to understand—but still haven't learned to live.
You don't need another insight.
You need a life capable of holding the woman those insights have revealed.
Rewilded is how you create a life where you no longer have to leave parts of yourself behind to belong inside it.
Why Rewilded?
Most of the women I work with are not lacking awareness.
They've done therapy.
Read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Taken the courses.
They're thoughtful.
Self-aware.
Deeply reflective.
But awareness alone rarely changes a life.
Because the deepest work isn't simply recognizing what is true.
It's creating the conditions where truth becomes livable.
Insight tells you the boundary you need.
Rewilded helps you become safe enough to hold it when someone is disappointed.
Insight tells you you're exhausted.
Rewilded helps you reorganize the rhythms, relationships and expectations that keep recreating the exhaustion.
Insight tells you you've abandoned parts of yourself.
Rewilded creates a place to reclaim them—and then practice living from them until they no longer disappear under pressure.
That's what coaching makes possible.
Not more information.
Not another identity to perform.
A sacred partnership where what has been reclaimed can begin to be lived.
Why "Rewilded"?
When wolves disappeared from Yellowstone, the landscape slowly changed.
The rivers shifted.
The forests diminished.
Entire ecosystems reorganized around what had been lost.
When the wolves returned...
everything changed.
The entire park began to flourish.
Not because something new was added.
Because something essential returned.
I believe many women experience something similar.
The parts of us that once felt too costly to keep...
our voice...
our intuition...
our boundaries...
our anger...
our creativity...
our desire —
quietly go into exile.
Rewilded is the work of welcoming them home.
And then creating a life where you no longer have to leave parts of yourself behind to belong inside it.
The Rewilding Principle
Lasting change doesn't always require adding something new.
Sometimes it begins when what was exiled is allowed to return—and the rest of life reorganizes around its presence.
-
It shows up now as agreeing when you mean no, staying quiet to keep the peace, explaining yourself more than the moment calls for.
What returns: you say the true thing first, not the easy thing.
-
It shows up now as needing someone else's permission before you trust what you already know, overthinking a decision your body settled days ago.
What returns: you can move from a decision before you've finished justifying it on paper.
-
It shows up now as saying yes out of guilt, feeling resentful afterward, over-explaining a limit instead of simply holding it.
What returns: a boundary that doesn't need defending to stay standing.
-
It shows up now as a flash of irritation you immediately swallow, or an exhaustion with no clear source.
What returns: anger as information again — a signal, not a threat.
-
It shows up now as wanting something and immediately listing the reasons it's impractical.
What returns: desire gets to be data again, not a problem to manage.
Welcome to
My signature 1:1 coaching experience for women ready to reclaim what has been exiled and create a life spacious enough to hold it.
Inside Rewilded we work in two movements.
-
Together, we'll gently uncover the essential parts of yourself that survival once required you to leave behind.
Not because they were wrong.
Because they were once too costly to keep.
We'll listen beneath the surface story.
We'll reclaim your voice.
Your intuition.
Your truth.
Your boundaries.
Your wildness.
Not by becoming someone new.
By welcoming home what has been waiting to return.
-
Reclaiming yourself is only half the journey.
The life around you must begin to change too.
Together we'll create rhythms, relationships, practices, and ways of living spacious enough to faithfully hold what has been reclaimed.
Because wholeness isn't sustained by insight.
It's sustained by rhythm - reclaimed parts need somewhere to belong.
What's Inside Rewilded
A private, 6.5-month container built around the actual threshold you're standing inside.
We begin with a Ground-Truthing Discovery Session — a foundational conversation that maps your unique starting point and shapes the path the rest of our work will take.
From there, we meet every other week for 60 minutes, moving deliberately through Reclamation and then Rhythm — because welcoming a part of yourself home and actually restructuring your life around it are two different kinds of work, and both deserve their own season.
Between sessions, you're not on your own. You'll have guided imagining audio experiences, powerful worksheets, and written practices to work with in your own time, along with voice-note and messaging access to me directly when something comes up that can't wait for our next call.
Along the way, we co-create what the work actually asks for — personalized rituals built around your real life, an archetype assessment to give language to what's emerging, and a multi-session restorative storytelling arc that helps you integrate what's changed into the story you tell about your own life.
This isn't a curriculum you move through alone. It's a private partnership, built around what's actually true for you.
