Layla Adair Price is a singer-songwriter of folk, country, Americana, and blues, as well as a cover artist of such genres, blends thereof, and much more. Through her delightful vocals and acoustic rhythm guitar, she brings a smooth and soulful style, taking inspiration from 60’s and 70’s Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, and the Beatles to a wide span of more present-day singer-songwriters from Stevie Nicks to Tori Amos. Layla was a devoted member of the Grammy-nominated Singing Hoosiers of Indiana University. She won best female vocalist at the Madison County 4-H Fair, and placed 3rd at the Indiana State Fair. Layla has performed the National Anthem for the Harlem Globe Trotters, IU basketball, and other events. She performed on the 2nd stage before a Brooks & Dunn concert, and before Hunter Smith for a charity show.
